I didn’t expect it to hold up this well in bad weather, but it really did. We had some heavy rain and not a drop got in. Definitely better than I was expecting.

I usually have a high standard when it comes to shipping times, and this impressed me. My order showed up in about 2 days, which was way quicker than I was expecting. Really happy with the whole experience.

I ordered these from tygerauto.com and I’m happy with how they turned out. The running boards look super clean on the truck, and the finish was smooth with no chips or scratches that I could find. They gave the truck a nicer look than I was expecting, which was a solid bonus.

I don’t know, it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. For what you get, it feels kinda overpriced, kinda overpriced. I was expecting more...

All the hardware was included, which was a relief. The instructions were okay, but some parts could’ve been clearer. Did anyone else feel like they had to figure a few steps out on their own?

I wasn’t expecting to be too impressed, but it does feel tough and well made so far. i don’t really have any complaints yet.

I ordered this because the site said it would fit my Silverado, but once I got it out of the box, the brackets just didn’t line up right. Kind of frustrating, especially since I had already set aside part of my weekend to mess with it, and of course it was the same weekend I was trying to clean out the garage, which is a whole other project I regret starting. The product itself looked decent enough, so I don’t think it was a quality issue. It just wasn’t actually compatible with my truck. Ended up having to return it, which was annoying

I ordered this from Tygerauto when it first showed up, I was happy with it. It looked clean, install wasn’t too much of a headache, and the fit was decent enough that I figured I’d made a solid choice. You know how it is when something actually lines up without turning into a whole Saturday project, I was already thinking maybe I got a good deal.
But after a few months, it started wearing a lot faster than I expected. There’s already some fading and cracking, which surprised me because I’m not exactly beating up my truck every day or anything. I kept looking at it like, wait, already? For the price, I really thought it would hold up longer. It’s not complete junk, but yeah, I’m definitely a little disappointed...

I bought these Tyger Auto running boards about two years ago, and they’ve been worth it. They still look clean, I haven’t noticed any rust, and they’re still tight with no wobbling. The install was straightforward, and they make getting in and out of the truck easier every day. No complaints so far

So... I bought some running boards from Tyger and they seemed fine at first. After a while, one of the brackets started rusting, so I figured I’d try using the warranty. It ended up being a lot more back and forth than I expected — emails, photos, more waiting, then more follow-ups. They did respond eventually, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, but it definitely felt like they were dragging it out. Overall, not horrible, just frustrating and slower than it should’ve been.

I ordered these side steps for my 2019 Silverado and braced myself for the usual nightmare of “this definitely fits” turning into three hours of regret. But no drama this time, the fitment info was actually right. They bolted up without drilling or a bunch of messing around, which felt like a small miracle. The instructions could definitely be clearer, but the parts lined up the way they were supposed to and matched my truck as advertised. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out
